Kathryn Fantauzzi, Master of Public Administration (MPA) — Director of Market Initiatives
Building Performance Institute Multifamily Building Analyst, Association of Energy Engineers Certified Energy Manager in Training
Kathryn joined CCI’s team in September 2015 and is leading our residential and small commercial energy efficiency services. She is a Certified Energy Manager in Training and a Certified BPI-Multifamily Energy Auditor. Most recently, she worked at ACTION Housing as Program Manager for the One Stop Energy Shop, partnering with utility companies and state resources to support energy audits and efficiency retrofits in multifamily buildings in Western PA. Prior to moving to Pittsburgh, Kathryn worked in Albany as an Assistant Project Manager for the New York State Energy Research and  Development Authority (NYSERDA). At NYSERDA, Kathryn designed and managed a statewide small commercial energy efficiency program, offering clients energy audits, financing, and technical assistance. Kathryn was responsible for developing and managing contracts to offer energy efficiency services across NY State and for providing economic and finance model consultation to develop NYSERDA’s energy efficiency and renewable energy financing programs
Tony Saccamango — Conservation Services Manager
Building Performance Institute Building Analyst, RESNET Certified
As Conservation Services Manager, Tony brings 27+ years of hands-on weatherization experience to CCI. In addition to conducting audits himself, Tony is responsible for managing our utility programs and supervising our auditor staff ensuring the highest quality program delivery and customer satisfaction. Tony's knowledge and experience has proven instrumental in the development of new and innovative programs launched by CCI in 2011.  
Garrett Fabian — Energy Auditor
Building Performance Institute Building Analyst, Building Performance Institute Multifamily Building Analyst, RESNET & ENERGY STAR Certified
Garrett signed on with CCI in June of 2007, performing in-home electric efficiency assessments and education for Duquesne Light's Smart Comfort Program. Garrett went on to earn two BPI certifications qualifying him to perform comprehensive audits for the Peoples TWP Weatherization and Columbia Gas IQEEP programs.
Virginia McGrath — Energy Auditor
Building Performance Institute Building Analyst
Virginia began working as an energy assessor in 2014 for Duquesne Light’s Whole House Energy Assessment Program and for the Duquesne Light Smart Comfort program in 2015. She moved to Pittsburgh 3 years ago from Milwaukee, WI to start a SCA Green Cities Fellowship with PennFuture. She has a passion for environmental sustainability, especially in the realm of energy conservation which brought her to CCI. On her days off you will most likely find Virginia on her bike.
